My Favorite Chocolate Receipe

Today I'm going to share a secret with you: my favorite chocolate receipe which I found in a magazine a while ago - Bailey Truffles. Call it a christmas gift from me to you :)

You'll need:
300g dark chocolate
40g butter
140ml Baileys liqueur
ca. 30g dark chocolate powder

Heat up about half of the Baileys and the butter until the butter has melted.

Then you can either melt the chocolate in the microwave for about 1-1.5 minutes or you can chop up the chocolate into small pieces so it melts easier with the Baileys and the butter.

Put everything into one pot and stir it together with the rest of the Baileys.

Once it's all smooth, put it aside for about half an hour to an hour so it can cool down and harden a bit.

Then use the mixer for about 30 seconds to make it creamier again.

After that fill it into an icing bag and start making your little truffle tuffs.

At the end you can powder them a bit with the dark chocolate powder.

In the magazine the tuffs looked really nicely with even spirals. Mine actually ended up looking more like dog piles... But they taste like heaven... ;)
